Yes, it is fully refundable.
Why is there a buyers premium?
The buyers premium helps offset the cost of the auction.
Can I make returns?
No, all sales are final.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
No, Everything is sold AS-IS-WHERE-IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
Do you provide any loading assistance or dock help?
You are responsible for loading your own merchandise. Please bring all
necessary personnel and equipment necessary to remove your purchases.
Can I remove my purchases immediately after the item has been
sold?
No Items are to be removed before the end of the auction.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, the Texas State Law requires that sales tax be paid on all purchases
unless you are tax exempt and fill out the proper forms.
Where are your auctions conducted?
We conduct auctions On-Site (which would be at the actual location of
the business or individual's), at 423 Procter Street, Port Arthur, TX., or
any other agreed upon location.
Who can attend your auctions?
These are PUBLIC AUCTIONS (unless otherwise stated) ... So, anyone can
attend as long as they agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the auction
sale.
What are the terms and conditions of the auction sales?
Cash or checks from established customers, or checks with a bank letter of
guarantee with a statement of limits. NO EXCEPTIONS. A
5% (or higher) buyers premium on all vehicles and heavy equipment, and a 10%
buyers premium on all general merchandise. (Unless otherwise specified
in the individual Auction Brochures)
New customers must make a $200 CASH REFUNDABLE deposit when registering.
